I absolutely recommend Synthetic GreenScapes. My backyard has a lot of trees and growing grass was going to be almost impossible and at the very least a very high-maintenance option. I made the decision to go with synthetic grass and shopped at multiple companies. I compared their actual grass samples and their customer service. In the end, the grass from GreenScapes was the softest and most attractive option and we felt really comfortable with our salesmen. I was nervous about the investment because I was installing the grass in my whole backyard, but everything worked out really well. They had a great team leader and everyone else on the team was polite and willing to go the extra mile for me. In the end, I am very happy with how things turned out. Thoroughly impressed by Synthetic GreenScapes from both a customer service and installation standpoint. They worked very diligently to complete a turf install in our backyard (six hours) before the rain arrived in the early afternoon. Mike, Jorge, and his team did a fantastic job! They installed the main part of our backyard turf about 5 years ago, and we had them back out to add a new putting green along the side of our house.
